The Pod, embedded in your Service Ticket screen

A hosted API Pod embeds directly in the ConnectWise Manage Service Ticket view. It authenticates automatically by matching the technician's ConnectWise email to their DaemonLayer account. No login flow. No separate window.

  • Duplicate banner: red alert when an exact duplicate is detected, with a direct link to the original ticket
  • Related ticket badges: orange badges for pattern-related tickets, each linking back to that ConnectWise ticket
  • Live approval bar: approve or reject a pending workflow without leaving the ticket; shows workflow name, risk level, and elapsed time
  • Timeline tab: full workflow execution history, the incoming email source, and what workflow runs next
  • Research tab: AI technician summary, root cause analysis with confidence score, user pattern alerts, and similar historical resolutions
Autotask

The Insight Panel, native to your Autotask ticket

An Insight Panel embeds in Autotask via HMAC-authenticated insight parameters. It supports Autotask's dark theme natively and polls every 15 seconds, the same as ConnectWise.

  • Duplicate banner and live approval bar: identical behaviour to the ConnectWise Pod
  • Overview tab: collapsible Timeline, Related Tickets section with badge links, and Contextual Insights (user history, similar resolutions)
  • Summary tab: AI-generated technician summary in structured format
  • Reasoning tab: the full AI reasoning behind the routing decision, for technicians who want to understand why
  • Approval Request tab: appears only when an approval is pending; shows the full context of what is being authorised, including requester, target, action, and risk level

Workflow approval requests surface directly in the embedded panel. Technicians and admins action them in context, seeing the full picture before they decide.

Full context before you approve

The approval request shows the requester's name, the target user, the exact action to be taken, and the risk level, all drawn from the live triage analysis. Approve or reject with full information.

Instant update, no refresh

The panel polls every 15 seconds. When an approval is actioned, the bar disappears immediately and the workflow continues, or cancels to the service desk if rejected. No manual page refresh.

Write-back on every decision

Every approval and rejection is written back to the PSA ticket as a structured internal note. The PSA record reflects every decision, whether the approver used the panel or the DaemonLayer dashboard.
