An Insight Panel embeds in Autotask via HMAC-authenticated insight parameters. It supports Autotask's dark theme natively and polls every 15 seconds, the same as ConnectWise.
Approvals Without Tab-Switching
Workflow approval requests surface directly in the embedded panel. Technicians and admins action them in context, seeing the full picture before they decide.
The approval request shows the requester's name, the target user, the exact action to be taken, and the risk level, all drawn from the live triage analysis. Approve or reject with full information.
The panel polls every 15 seconds. When an approval is actioned, the bar disappears immediately and the workflow continues, or cancels to the service desk if rejected. No manual page refresh.
Every approval and rejection is written back to the PSA ticket as a structured internal note. The PSA record reflects every decision, whether the approver used the panel or the DaemonLayer dashboard.
