Customer data submitted through the platform, including personal and operational information in tickets, may be processed by AI services deployed within our EU and UK tenant environments to enable automation, triage, and analytics features. No data is used to train third-party AI models outside the scope of the service.

6. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

6.1. We do not sell or rent personal data.

6.2. We may share limited customer data with trusted subprocessors such as infrastructure providers and AI services for the purposes of operating the platform. All subprocessors are contractually obliged to safeguard the data and process it solely for providing our services, in compliance with GDPR and UK GDPR.
